Shopfitting / Building Estimator

Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Estimator who will report to the Chief Estimator.

This is a newly created position for someone who is capable of :
§ preparing estimates for a wide range of contracts
§ from small maintenance
§ to refits on existing stores
§ to complete refurbishment projects
§ including demolition
§ structural
§ building works.

You should also be used to:
§ working from plan & specifications
§ working from client specifications
§ agreeing client specification to price
§ issuing sub contract enquiries as required
§ producing estimates
§ submitting and revising tenders
§ placing sub-contract orders
§ producing final accounts for contracts.

A salary commensurate with experience will be offered along with a fully expensed Company Car or higher salary if own car used plus business mileage allowance, company mobile phone and 25 days annual holiday entitlement.
