Physical Disabilities Review Officer

Experience reviewing care packages for physical disabilities clients is essential. Statutory experience would be a benefit but is not essential. Experience reviewing care plans in another statutory adults team may be considered. A car driver with access to their own vehicle is desirable.

A local social services team is looking for a social work assistant to take on a caseload of physical disabilities clients. The role will involve reviewing existing care packages and assisting social workers which may include the opportunity to perform assessments on some clients. The role will involve some work from a central base and some within the community and as such the successful candidate should be a car driver with access to their own car.
