JOB DESCRIPTION
JOB TITLE: Solution Sales Executive – Enterprise Clients
1. Scope of Position
• To sell the full range of our clients infrastructure and services into nominated accounts and/or sectors.
2. Key Responsibilities
1. Targets
• To achieve the assigned revenue and profit targets
2. Sales
To sell all our clients products and services and core competencies based on current value propositions.
To work within manufacturer sales infrastructure
To work with and sell alongside strategic complimentary clients partners.
To obtain the acceptance and support of our clients overlay resources and relevant partners.
To build executive credibility and be a trusted advisor in all accounts.
To develop a detailed understanding and knowledge of all products and competencies
To work within our clients sales engagement model
To manage the commercial relationship between our client and the end users.
3. Reporting & Documentation
Reporting to the Sales Manager
To provide management information and reports as requested
Develop and maintain forecasts using our clients in house reporting systems.
Develop and maintain forecast for Industry Partners/Sales peers
Manage and archive sales related material
4. Business Planning & Development
Develop and maintain account plans
Develop and maintain TAS deal plans
5. Objectives
To achieve the sales team and personal objectives that are set.
6. Practices and Processes
To operate under our clients guidelines, practices and processes.

POSITION SPECIFICATION
1. Qualifications and Skills
Essential
- Demonstrable track record in Services and Consultancy Sales
- Accreditation to Level 3
- 3 years sales experience of selling technology solutions to corporate clients.
- Proven sales track record of achievement
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Sound IT knowledge – understands the relationships between business issues and IT solutions, understands IT basics, jargon and market opportunities.
- Trained in a number of sales techniques or methodologies
- Knowledge and experience of selling an Infrastructure partner’s product and service set.
- Strong business and sales skills
- Strong Interpersonal skills
Listening
Establishing trust and rapport
Negotiation skills
Suggestion skills
- Strong Presentation skills
Political influence and selling skills
Development of presentations
Writing proposals and reports

- Appropriate market sector knowledge
