E-Marketing / Online Marketing Executive
£24-£27k plus free parking, healthcare, pension

A well established national company in the utilities sector is currently recruiting an Online Marketing Executive to develop and implement on-line tactical marketing plans for specific markets and segments of existing/potential customers.

As E-Marketing Executive you will also be responsible for:

Monitoring and measuring on-line key performance indicators and where possible make recommendations for improvements concerning customer experience, webshop content and e-marketing activities.

Co-ordinating clear and concise key brand messages for all the on-line communications, liaison with other colleagues to ensure consistency of messages to achieve multi channel integration.

Ensuring that the company webshop is kept up to date - briefing the internal production team about product changes and updates.

Managing and implementing all e-marketing campaigns (emails, Search Engine Optimisation and affiliates) to target key markets make recommendations for improvements.

Track customer journeys on a regular basis, identify and recommend possible changes to the webshop to enhance customer experience and commercial advantages.

Attending trade exhibitions and installer events so that the role and image of the service is actively and professionally promoted.

Maintaining a high knowledge of the latest web design and statistical packages for the publishing industry in HTML format.

You will need to be educated to ‘A’ level standard (or equivalent) and have excellent English spelling and grammar. You will also be expected to have proven experience working within a communications environment, good copywriting skills of online and SMS communications, excellent proof reading ability and excellent attention to detail, accuracy and consistency.
