Senior Worker Older Persons

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC qualification is essential.

Experience of working with adults or older people essential. Experience carrying out reviews in a statutory or non statutory setting essential. This role will involve carrying out assessments designing care plans and holding a case load of clients. Completing assessments for Older People within the Community Care Act Legislative framework. Flexible working hours are available, a car desirable but not essential.
