Systems Engineer (Electrical)

This role will involve writing commissioning procedures for electrical systems that include the supply of heating elements from a distribution board via thyristors that is controlled by a PLC panel. The thyristors and PLC are ABB designed and supplied. The systems will subsequently be interfaced with a central DCS so there is a need for understanding of the relevant protocols. You will also review existing Quality Procedures and Documentation and structure accordingly to present a Quality System.
