Business Analyst - Financial Vendors - London

Second Level Business Analyst within the FX/BO Service delivery team. Analysis and Resolution of deep technical / business issues. Providing support to 1st level support. Deliver customer satisfaction through issue resolution and close communication with customers. Provide business skills training to 1st level and develop overall skill sets directly linked to the product. Built communication bridges with R&D and other groups within xxx.

The candidate needs to hit the ground running, therefore ideally, an FX/BO product specialist. 3-7 years within banking environments minimum. Exposure to a cross section of financial instruments, an understanding of which must be demonstrated. There is little appetite for any candidate that has remained solely in the Back Office. The candidate will have a deep understanding of FX (options), MM, Securities and Accounting within the FX/BO application. Additionally, SPF, ORD or general FX/BO transactional processing routines will be extremely valuable.
