Position: Sales Associate (Inside Sales)

YOU MUST HAVE THE FOLLOWING SKILLS

Are you a sales driven professional who works on Target?

• Proven track record of results from previous company with 2-3yrs of inside sales/phone sales/telesales experience.
• Ability and confidence to cold call prospective clients and manage the sales cycle
• At least one year of telesales/lead generation experience, including cold calling, qualifying and follow up.
• Go Getter Attitude
• Passionate about sales career
• Ability to meet, and desire to exceed, sales goals and call metrics;
• Excellent communication skills and self organized.
• Experience with Consultative selling and proactive customer service is desired.
• Proficiency with MS Office products; Experience with ACT sales software is desired;
• Must be PC literate with ability to use Microsoft outlook and browser applications.
• A Bachelors degree or equivalent experience;
• Familiarity or awareness programming languages like Java, .net is a plus.

Compensation:
Base Salary plus + Incentives + Company Benefits.
