Based in Reading we have an exciting new role with a highly successful, award winning organization. We are looking for a motivated Receptionist/Administrator to work as part of a busy team. This is a varied role, responsibilities include: dealing with invoices, expense, reception cover, organizing travel, accommodation and couriers and follow good typing and maintenance of database. Ordering stationery, general admin duties and sending out marketing information to potential clients. Good know-how of IT and good computer skills.
