Senior Practitioner Older Persons

Degree in Social Work, Diploma in Social Work, CQSW or Other GSCC recognized qualification is essential.


An opportunity has arisen for a Senior Practitioner with in the Older People’s team.
Experience of working with Older People essential. Experience of care management in a statutory or non statutory setting essential. This role will involve carrying out assessments and designing care plans for Older People within community. You will also provide supervision and support to other social workers. Some knowledge of direct payments, carer issues and vulnerable adult protection will be benefit. Flexible working hours are available, a car is essential. There will also be an opportunity to apply for a permanent placement.
