Crack Worker

Experience case managing substance misuse clients is essential, experience with specifically crack clients would be a benefit. Experience key working drug and alcohol clients is essential and experience facilitating relapse prevention groups would be a benefit.


A local substance misuse service is looking for a drug abuse key worker to take on the assessment and care planning of a case load of clients with primarily crack addiction. The role will involve working with clients from the drop in, self referrals and referrals from the criminal justice system. The position would give the opportunity to facilitate relapse prevention groups and offers the opportunity to gain experience facilitating these groups.
