Trainee/Mortgage Broker

Due to increasing demand for its Financial Services Business, our client, one of the UK's largest Estate Agency chains, seeks more Trainee/Mortgage Consultants to add to its growing sales force.

Based in branch, you will be responsible for maximising the sale of mortgage and NU life products. Your role primarily will be to qualify mortgage leads, as well as to maximise on cross-selling Life Products.

The position will involve the observance of all compliance requirements, administration in accordance with company policy and procedure, provision of high level customer service in line with Best Advice principles and the maintaining of levels of product knowledge, legislation and selling rules.

While demonstrating at least two years’ experience in face-to-face, multi-tied or whole-of-market environment, you will be a highly motivated and target-orientated mortgage professional.

Successful candidates will also possess an excellent telephone manner, along with the organisational and interpersonal skills required to work independently and to deal with clients at all levels. You will be rewarded with a commensurate basic salary package along with uncapped OTE.
A car allowance, full administration and IT support will also be provided.

Potential OTE

• Basic salary starting at £16k upwards, depending on experience.

• Realistic commission earnings around £30-35k.

• High-performing, experienced Mortgage + Life producers can easily earn up to £50k - £60k.
