Youth Justice Substance Misuse Interventions Practitioner

Experience case managing young people with drug and alcohol problems is essential. Experience in youth justice would be a benefit but is not essential.

A local service is looking for a young persons substance misuse practitioner to take on a case load of young people requiring tier 2 and tier 3 interventions. The role will involve working alongside the Youth Offending Team, while liaising with the CAMHS team, performing assessments and designing care plans for those demonstrating substance misuse related offending. Experience in a Youth Offending Service can be gained for someone with a background in young persons substance misuse.
