Senior Safety Engineer

Experienced Safety Engineer, Stavanger, Market Rates, Contract until July 2008 (114933)

Our client provides multi-discipline engineering services in Norway and internationally. The company has frame agreements with large operators and contractors operating within the oil and gas business.

Our client is looking for an experienced Safety Engineer to start ASAP and to be based in Stavanger. This role will be on a contract basis until approx. end of July 2008. You will be involved in the existing process on the Snorre A platform which is being modified to facilitate the increased oil recovery from the Snorre and Vigdis reservoirs.

You will be required to develop technical solutions to fulfil low pressure production on Snorre and Vigdis, increase water injection, increase water injection and perform safety and environmental engineering tasks.
