Dual Diagnosis Worker

Experience case managing mental health clients with substance misuse issues is essential as well as experience giving drug and alcohol advice to other health professionals is also essential.

A local service is looking for a dual diagnosis worker to take on a case load of approximately 10-20 mental health clients who are also suffering with issues primarily with alcohol and cannabis. The role will involve taking in referrals and assessing clients following up with a care plan and key work sessions. The role will also involve giving substance misuse advice to other health professionals within the service.
