Field Sales Executive


Our client is a very pro-active, forward thinking market leader who is looking to recruit a Sales Executive. The ideal candidate must have experience in "Direct" selling in industries such as Double Glazing, Utilities or Home products. Candidates must be self motivated, have some entrepreneurial flair, be money and success driven and have a bubbly outgoing entertainer type character. A team player who is willing to accept and utilise new selling techniques and strategies.

MAIN DUTIES OF THE JOB

To book and attend meetings with clients and prospective clients to sell the Company’s products and services. To meet and exceed sales targets and to ensure all aspects of the sales process are completed efficiently.

PERSON SPECIFICATION

The person appointed will:

1. be able to provide evidence of their exceptional track record in the field of sales;
2. believe in and be able to demonstrate high professional standards;
3. have an excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone;
4. have excellent interpersonal skills;
5. possess IT skills and have working knowledge of Windows-based packages;
6. have organisational skills in such tasks as filing, diary-keeping and forward planning;
7. have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards their duties;
8. be able to work as part of a team, maintaining a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff;
9. be prepared to undertake training to up-date skills as appropriate;
10. possess a valid UK driving licence.
