A local service is looking for an experienced substance misuse practitioner, to take on an existing case load of substance misuse clients. The role will involve carrying out initial assessments, advocating prescriptions for methadone and subutex, following up with titration to establish required dosage and follow up with key working with a view to stabilising originally chaotic clients.
