Workshop Supervisor

Reporting to the operations manager our client is looking for a workshop supervisor to oversee the workshop technicians to create specialised, outdoor activity equipment for distribution through out Europe.

Typical Duties include:
Health & Safety Issues.
Workforce Liason.
Supervision of installation/manufacturing teams.
Site tool checks.
Vehicle prep and production paperwork.
Staff training.
Weekly fire alarm and building check

Skills required:
Experience in skilled team supervision.
Excellent personnel skills and communication abilities.
Knowledge of workshop health & safety.
Word and Excel skills an advantage. MUST BE ABLE TO DRIVE.
Posession of a current FLT licence and First Aid Certificate an advantage.
