Workshop Team Leader

Candidates must have a manufacturing, production or installation working background. Experience of using workshop tooling eqiuptment would be a distinct advantage. At least 12 months experience of team supervison and responsibility is required.

Typical duties include:
Responsible for staff motivation, Discipline, Welfare and training.
Work towards team dealines for job completion and processes.
Quality control of manufacturing.
Loading of correct site equiptment.
Maintaining tools, Health & Safety, first Aid provision.
Training logs.
Vehicle conditioning and prep.
Liason with managers on the progress of each project.
Current FLT licence desiorable.
Must hold a clean driving licence.
