Mechanical Dynamics Engineer ( AUK/TD07/1601/W3WJ )

Alten Ltd seeks a Senior Electro Mechanical design engineer for design of automotive parts.
The role consists in designing moving parts for electrical applications. A strong expertise in force calculation/simulation, material selections, FEA and FEM is essential for this role. Strength vs weight is important for these applications.
Previous experience on mechanical dynamics with design on electrical motors for instance would be relevant for this position.

Essential
# Finite Element, FEA, FEM
# Experience on mechanical dynamics
# Design of moving parts such as Rotors, Gear Mechanism etc.
# Experience of "design for manufacturing" is also paramount.

Desirable
# Understanding of electronics relating to automotive (shielding etc).
