Probation Officer

The candidate must hold a diploma in social work or probation studies. The applicant must also have worked with adults within the Criminal Justice System and have experience working with substance misuse clients. Any experience writing pre-sentence reports would be a benefit, however there is an opportunity to gain this experience.

The candidate will be conducting assessments and designing and developing care plans within a criminal justice environment. The candidate will also be managing a case load of clients who will be offenders within a criminal justice setting. The role will also involve writing pre-sentence reports.
