As providers of high-quality fruit direct to offices, they have rapidly built a stable client base of over 100 high-profile companies. Due to continued success comes the need to find a fruit lovin’, energetic Operations Manager to manage the day-to-day running and development of the company’s operations.

Managing the purchasing of the fruit stock from the wholesale market every morning, you will look to identify the highest quality fresh fruit in stock, negotiate prices and develop solid relationships with suppliers. You will also manage the packhouse operation, including the daily production line and QC issues with the assistance of team leaders.

Other tasks include the procuring and interviewing of new fruit packer/driver staff and identifying methods to manage and improve the production process as the business grows. Phew…busy, busy!!

You need to know your fruit and the perfect ‘peach’ must be an exceptional decision-maker! It is essential that you have excellent communication skills and a proven ability to motivate the team to high work standards.
