INDUSTRIAL RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT - SHEFFIELD

17-22K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission

Our client is a well established recruitment company, with 2 other successful branches in the Midlands, they are now looking to open up a new branch in Sheffield. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Recruitment Consultant with drive to start their own desk from scratch. Developing new business will play a large part of this role. You will need to be a versatile individual who can handle the complete recruitment cycle: ie registering new candidates, matching candidates to roles and providing a good quality driven service to your clients. Offering a quality service to clients by selecting candidates through good job matching and tight control; we are looking for a candidate that will comply with all legal requirements including Working Time Directive and Employment Agencies Act.

To be considered for this position, you will need previous recruitment sales experience ideally in the industrial sector; however candidates with experience in other recruitment sectors will be considered. In return our client offers an excellent commission scheme.
