22-26K Basic Salary + Uncapped Commission + Benefits

Our client is a well established national recruitment company looking to expand into South Yorkshire. We are looking for an experienced Industrial Branch Manager with drive and experience to start their own branch from scratch. Developing new business will play a large part of this role. Taking responsibility for overseeing the recruitment procedure, interviewing, induction and placement of candidates in the right jobs. You will need to monitor overall and individual performance of your staff. Acting as a proactive source of information and a communication channel for staff, clients, candidates and head office. Setting long and short-term goals for self and the branch and overcoming any problems that arise in reaching them by planning alternative solutions will be required.
