Area Programme Manager, London

The candidate must have least 1 year of contract administration or property management experience in a managerial capacity. Further to this the candidate must have experience of organising staff to programme dates within cost guidelines. Experience of managing complex programmes is essential and knowledge of life cycle costs analysis, and option appraisal is beneficial.


The role will require the candidate, acting in a project management capacity to develop an investment strategy for the area, defining and prioritising projects and the type of investment required. Additionally the candidate will be required to develop a comprehensive work-plan for capital projects and major regeneration initiatives in the area and liaise closely with the Principal officer.
