Care Manager for an Older Peoples Service

A new position has opened up in the North West London area as a Care Manager for an Older Peoples Service. A suitable candidate needs to assess the needs of elderly physically and mentally frail. A qualification related to adults with disabilities would be a benefit but is not essential. Experience in implementing group work is benefit and a suitable candidate must have first class organisational, time keeping and group work skills. A suitable candidate will be expected to working in a hospital setting, carrying out risk assessments, implementing group work, providing personal care, assisting lunches and carrying key work responsibilities. Flexible Hours are available.
