Corporate Recovery Solicitor 3-4 PQE

An opportunity has arisen for 3-4 year PQE solicitor to join our Clients Corporate Recovery Team.

The role will involve reviewing cases which have been investigated under the CDDA 1986, to include weighing up the merits of the case and advising the client. The fee earner will work closely with the other team members, will attend court / prepare for court hearings and instruct counsel as appropriate. The fee earner will have his / her own caseload and will, depending upon experience, have a supervisory role in relation to more junior team members.

We are looking for someone with a litigation background, preferably with experience of dealing with Company Directors Disqualification proceedings, pursuant to Section 6 of the CDDA. We would also be interested in hearing from candidates with Insolvency backgrounds or with other relevant litigation experience who have an interest in this area.
The successful candidate will be proactive, responsible and able to work effectively under pressure. You must have excellent client care skills and be able to work effectively as part of a team.
