Paralegal

This role handles operational activity in a reasonably high volume environment. Most cases will follow broadly the same process, but there will be variations which must be taken into account and referred to other team members or the Partner as appropriate.

The role entails acting for high street lenders taking security over a range of residential investments. The post-holder will be expected to handle his/her own caseload and provide support to colleagues and other teams as appropriate.

Applicants must have proven experience of working with property transactions. A law degree or full / part ILEX qualification would be an advantage. The role involves considerable client contact on a one-to-one basis; therefore excellent client handling skills are essential. Candidates must have good team working skills, IT skills and be able to work efficiently to tight deadlines. A flexible, commercial approach to work is needed for this role.
