Older Persons Social Worker

An Older Person's Social worker vacancy has opened in the West London area in the ACE Longterm Team. A suitable candidate must have experience of working with older people in a statutory setting. Duties will include providing professional assessment, care plans and reviews. The job entails enabling clients to live as independently as possible and co-ordinating activities to meet the client's needs. A Social work degree, DipSW, CQSW, CCETSW or any other GSCC recognised qualification is essential.
