Solicitor (Commercial) 4 PQE

My Client is looking for a senior Commercial Solicitor with 4+ PQE gained within a major City or regional firm or in-house position to be based in the Newcastle office to undertake a full range of commercial work advising our chemical and pharmaceutical sector clients.

This will involve providing advice in relation to a full range of agreements including supply and procurement agreements, toll manufacturing agreements, commercial and technical collaboration agreements, agency and distribution agreements, terms and conditions of trading and a wide variety of general commercial contracts.

Significant previous exposure to work in the chemicals and/or pharmaceuticals sectors is essential.
