Older Persons Social Worker

An exciting opportunity has arisen in the West London area for a Team Manager in an older person’s social work team in a hospital setting. A suitable candidate must have experience of working with older people in a statutory position as well as previous managerial experience. The candidate will be expected to carry out managerial duties as well as carrying a case load and conducting care package reviews. A Social work degree, DipSW, CQSW, CCETSW or any other GSCC recognised qualification is essential.
