Business is booming and the team are expanding; my client is now looking for an entry-level recruiter [ok, so you hadn't thought about working in recruitment but keep reading you could be very well suited to the role and who knows, you might enjoy it as well] to come and work with them in their close-knit team. Specifically you will be working alongside one of their experienced consultants; building business and placing candidates in one of the most exciting and up-and-coming sectors of the IT industry - well, she thinks it is anyway and if some of that passion and enthusiasm rubs off then I'm sure you'll do well..!

It's hard to say what your background will look like as ultimately recruitment is a lot about attitude; what you will need to demonstrate though is the following [we'll get to what we can offer you in a second…]:

- Relationship Building Skills - Recruitment is all about building relationships so you'll have to pride yourself on that capability.
- Logic & Tenacity - These will be the driving force in your success and will most likely be demonstrated in your outstanding degree results.
- Self-motivation - As you progress in your career you will be increasingly self-managed; the motivation to do that is intrinsic to the role.
