Floating Support Manager London

Experience managing staff, giving supervision and staff performance monitoring essential. Experience with substance misuse clients essential. Experience in outreach or floating support essential. A knowledge of the housing act would be a benefit.

A London based charity is looking for an experienced, energetic manager to take on this exciting role which will get them out from behind a desk and into the city. The successful candidate will be managing a small team of to floating support staff as well as traveling throughout London to showcase to other services what their team can provide. Good motivation to help people maintain their housing while dealing with drug and alcohol issues will help the successful candidate flourish in this role.
