Physical Disabilities Social Worker Post

A new opening has arisen in a friendly Physical disabilities team in West London. A Social work degree, DipSW, CQSW, CCETSW or any other GSCC recognised qualification is essential. Duties will include assessing the needs and wishes of service users to create care plans or support service packages where thought appropriate. Experience with physical disabilities or sensory impaired clients are essential however placement experience will be accepted.
