Resident Involvement Officer

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working in the housing sector while experience of liaising between tenants and housing associations would be very beneficial as would any previous work involving tenant participation. Duties for the post include representing the concerns of tenants to the Housing Association especially in regards any improvements or changes that are to be made. Other responsibilities are helping the Association apply for grants, developing community involvement within the Association as well as general administrative duties and report writing.
