Older Persons Social Worker

In exciting new opportunity has arisen within the West London area involving working in part of a friendly older person’s team. The ability to be able to communicate effectively, design care plans, conduct assessments and be PC literate is indispensable. Experience working to statutory social work legislation and handling a large caseload of clients would by desirable. Experience working 6 months within older person’s team is essential. A Social work degree, DipSW, CQSW, CCETSW or any other GSCC recognised qualification is vital.
