Tier 2 drugs worker

Experience in a substance misuse service performing assessments on substance misuse clients essential. Knowledge of harm minimisation essential. Experience writing care plans would be a benefit.

A local service is looking for a temporary drugs worker to work in their drop in centre. The role would involve performing initial assessments and giving advice through key work sessions on issues such as harm reduction. The successful applicant will carry a relatively small caseload designing some care plans and referring clients onto other local services for treatments such as detox.
