YOT referral worker

Prior experience in either a Youth Offending Team or a children and families statutory service is essential. Experience working with both youths at risk of offending and their families is essential.

A London borough is looking for a referral order worker to take on a case load of young people and their families in receipt of final warnings and referral orders. The role will involve case work on both a one to one basis as well as group work. The post offers flexible hours. For candidates with statutory children and families experience there is an opportunity to move into youth offending services.
