Telephone Operative

To provide a high level of service to our client & build rapport with the customers’ clients. To show them empathy, whilst managing their expectations, so that the customer always feels they have had a positive experience. A professional manner should be demonstrated at all times.
Able to work alone or within a team, on the telephone for continuous periods of time whilst using a computer to access or capture customer information.
This role involves customer service/marketing/sales calls Outbound on behalf of their clients.
