Position Required : Manager - Plant Services Division

Reporting To : General Manager

Age Group : 35 to 50 years

Education : Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Experience : Minimum 5 to 10 years experience in Workshop, Plant,
Heavy equipment maintenance management of which 3
to 5 years should be in management position.

KEY SPECIFICATIONS

–Good knowledge of Plant & Heavy equipment repair and maintenance.
–Able to organize and manage the department professionally & effectively.
–Self motivated and dynamic person with strong analytical and negotiation skills.
–Excellent in managerial and communication skills. Computer Literate.

SCOPE OF WORK

–Manage regular and emergency repairs for water jet pumps & accessories, vacuum super suckers, cranes (upto100 ton), generators, industry A/C units, chemical pumps, specialized catalyst/life support equipment, vehicle fleet of cars/trucks/mobile plant/specialized equipment for Refinery, shutdown etc.

–Supervision, planning and control of work assigned to the department and personnel required to complete the work.

–Preparing annual department budget and investment plan for coming year.

–Purchases & order of materials / spare parts and contracting required for his department within the limits of authority.

–Checking and prior approval of suppliers invoices.

–Cost control and mange company assets allocated to the department according to company procedures in regard to repair / maintenance and purchase.

–Prepare, maintain and report an annual budget for company’s equipment and contribute to annual budgetary forecast for capital investments, in coordination with various departments.

–Maintain all Third party/own certification for all equipment calibration/ pressure test and other industry required certificates.

–Provide Finance department with information to facilitate required financial report.

–Implement and monitoring of all divisional work procedures with accordance to ANABEEB Quality and Safety policy and complete all the procedure requirements (ISO 9001-2000)

–Co-operate and coordinate with other divisions and management team.
