Substance misuse floating support worker

A flourishing charity is looking for a floating support worker to take on a relatively small caseload of substance misuse clients. This rewarding position will involve giving support to vulnerable adults, with drug and alcohol issues, in their homes helping them to maintain their tenancy, standard of living and helping them to achieve live independently. The role offers an ongoing contract that the employer would look to make permanent.
