Team Leader
Are you a self-motivated, passionate and driven Team Leader that has the desire to deliver within the gaming industry?

In line with our clients expansion plans multiple Team Leader(s) are required to manage individual teams of 15 Online Support Members. You will provide direction and support to your team, ensuring delivery of the best possible service to their players from solving account problems to fostering good game behavior.
The key responsibilities for this position are to monitor team quality and productivity, provide performance coaching and management in addition to providing positive and constructive feedback. The ability to motivate your team is paramount.
