Fault Engineer – Slough

Our client is a leading UK entertainment and communications company. They are currently looking to recruit a Platform Management Engineer based in Slough.

Role:
To provide a professional Platform Management service to TV Ops in a “NOC style” environment.
Operational management of the systems employed in the provision of DTV Services to customers
Primary contact for all fault related external contact
Prompt and clear communication of all issues
Accurate recording of all incidents affecting the DTV systems
Prompt resolution of all single customer issues

Experience:
Educated to degree level, preferably in engineering or computing technologies
3+ years in an Operational position
5+ years background in technology based service / operational management environment
Excellent communication and presentational skills

Note: This position will involve working on a shift rota, 4-5 days on, 4-5 days off, both days and night shifts, as they provide 24x7 support.
