Senior substance misuse worker London

Prior experience with floating support with substance misuse clients essential. Experience supervising a small team would also be of benefit.

A local service is looking for a part time senior support worker to supervise a small team 2 days a week (days negotiable). The role will involve taking on a small caseload of clients with substance misuse issues, performing initial assessments, care plans and risk assessments. The role also involves actively promoting the team and the services they provide to other drug and alcohol services in the are. Candidates who can demonstrate strong floating support and substance misuse experience but no managerial experience will have the opportunity to gain experience managing a small team.
