Sales Manager - Redhill

Job Title; Sales Manager, Estate Agents
To successfully list a targeted number of properties to the company’s guidelines achieving the best level of fees possible. Promote and encourage ancillary services whilst maintaining compliance with relevant legislation. Generate appointments for viewings, valuations and mortgage advisors. List and sell properties together with ancillary services. Follow up business leads. Achieve minimum levels of business targets
PERSON SPECIFICATION
Must have experience in the Estate agency industry . Previous managerial/sales experience, ideally within the area. Proven track record for previous sales results. Dynamic, Hard Working, Leads by example, Target Driven, Full driving licence
PACKAGE
Hours of work: 08.30 - 18.00 (Monday - Friday with one night until 19.00 for ring out sessions) Saturday 08.30 - 17.00, Sunday 10.00 - 16.00, 5 day working week over 7 days (one of which at the weekend), Pension Scheme (Contributory), 20 days holiday per year (Increasing with loyalty), OTE £35,000
