Monday to Friday 9-2.
The Role: We are seeking a full-time Client Liaison Officer whose primary duty will be to fully investigate in depth client issues and provide detailed written responses. An enquiring mind and excellent letter writing skills are of paramount importance. A good telephone manner is also essential to ensure that clients receive patient and sympathetic interaction. Required to type at a reasonable speed using MS Word. Similar experience is preferred.
