The successful candidate will have experience (five years minimum) working in IT implementation, plus project management experience. The ability to communicate technical analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences is also essential, as are effective interpersonal and time management skills.
Ideally you will have experience with validation and / or SDLC methodology, and have a good commercial awareness.

Job description:
Senior Implementation Consultant is responsible for managing the implementation of regulatory software systems at our client base. The SIC will ensure that project deadlines and deliverables are met according to time and budget constraints. He/she will manage the team members directly involved on the project (On Site or Off Site), and he/she will ensure the projects adhere and comply with project Rapid Implementation Methodology and advise on best practices to meet business needs.
This position will report to the Head of Professional Services, Europe. This position will require national and international travel.
Job description:
Manage multiple implementation projects and provide technical/project guidance
Act as the project leader on implementation accounts
building the project plan
providing proposal estimates (time and resources)
working with Sales on pre-Sales activities
conducting product demos and presentations
providing training
ensure the provision of appropriate validation documentation
Perform all implementation tasks / activities as specified within the project plan
Provide support for technical support and product knowledge
Serve as the main contact for the customer on projects. Provide "Customer Care" support, building relationships and improving satisfaction. Identify new opportunities at the client site where possible
Communicate with customers concerning product release dates, new versions and the resolution of documentation problems
Refer product sales inquiries to the appropriate Sales Manager
Administrative duties include:
Verification, approval and submission of time sheet and expense report on time
Verifying and approving travel arrangements of the consultants directly involved in the project
Demonstrate full knowledge of company's product(s) and establish areas of expertise
Demonstrate full knowledge of validation lifecycle
Advise customers on validation approach and impact to project timelines and resources
Provide timely communications to the Head of Professional Services on progress and any issues that need to be escalated
Work with Product Engineering to escalate issues and or communicate new business user requests. Facilitate communications with customers and Product Engineering to clarify requirements
Any other duties that may reasonably be allocated by the Head of Professional Services or any other senior officer
