Technical Manager / Building Services Engineer

Advanced Demand Side Management plc specialise in assisting organisations to reduce energy and water consumption. We operate a UK-wide range of comprehensive carbon and water management services. Our clients include International Airports, central government, and general public sector. We are currently seeking an experienced Building Services Engineer to join our management team and assist, develop and support our continued expansion.
You should be able to demonstrate a good technical and practical understanding of mechanical and electrical building services and the impact of building services has on managing the demand for energy and water in buildings.

This is an exciting opportunity and a key position within our company with prospects of rapid progression for candidates who have the ability to help build the business. Salary range £35 -55k per annum plus benefits dependant on experience.
