Telesales Advisor

Working in a relaxed but busy call centre dealing with all order enquiries from business customers. Main duties will include:-
* Deliver or exceed sales targets set for the team
* Ensure all inbound calls are answered within required time
* Maximise sales opportunities and upsell
* Utilise product knowledge to promote products and services
* Build excellent relationships with customers
* All call backs completed within agreed target time
* Offer a professional and focused customer service
* Ensure all sales are compliant to the distance selling regulations

Previous sales experience is not essential but customer service skills is essential. Applicants must have excellent communication skills and good keyboard skills.

Working Monday to Friday 9am - 6pm. Salary is £14k with a £2k bonus.
