SMc Engineer
Working in the Service Management Centre as part of a team to ensure customers agreed service levels are met. You will be dynamic, proactive and able to work as a team and alone. You will have an excellent understanding of internet services and network integration. Working on a shift basis covering 24x7 4 shifts followed by 4 rest days. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to recording customer reported faults, monitoring system detected faults, fault investigation. Successful candidates will have a working knowledge of one or more of the following, Sun Solaris, Windows, NT, Unix, Linux, LAN/WAN technologies, Network protocols and ISP services. Training will be provided by the company and third party orgainisations when needed. Ideal opportunity for a graduate looking to gain CCNA/CCNP qualifications
